When capped in '00' capsules, 4 ounces will make approx 225 capsules.  Shilajit is a million years old humus from prehistoric jungles, now because of time and plate tectonics, it is found high in the Himalayan mountains. It contains high amounts of very beneficial Humic and Fulvic acids necessary for our bodies in order to maintain a fully functioning and strong immune system.

All our herbs, capped and bulk, come packed in resealable plastic bags, vacuum sealed for freshness. We do not ship our products in plastic or glass bottles. Shipping that way requires extra protective packaging and goes against our philosophy of using less materials that eventually end up in our Nation's landfills.
