After you have made a choice as to the products you would like to purchase, gone through the shopping cart, and after you have entered your credit card information, click "Review Payment", at the bottom of the credit card info page.

On the next page, on the right hand side, under the blue - Pay Pal box, click the link - "Continue without logging in". This means you are placing a credit card purchase, NOT a purchase through your Pay Pal account. Review your information and click "Continue". Review your information again and click the red box "Send Order".

Your order will be shipped the same day as ordered if the order was placed before our cut off time of 3:00pm M-F or 11:00am Saturday.

Because of the amount of credit card fraud, we will no longer ship any package to an address other than your credit card billing address, or a shipping address within your Pay Pal account. The credit card billing address is where your credit card bill is delivered. If you need the package delivered to your office, or place of vacation, please add that address to your Pay Pal account. 3:00pm PST (6:00pm EST) Monday through Friday is the cut-off for orders to be shipped the same day as ordered. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped out the next business day. We ship Monday through Saturday*, with the exception of holidays. *Saturday shipping cut off time is 11:00am.

Receiving Your Packages: Please Read

When using a credit card or debit card, the billing and shipping addresses must match. We will not ship to an address other than the customers credit card billing address. This rule does not apply to Pay Pal transactions. When using Pay Pal to make a purchase, the customer must have the shipping address as an accepted address in their Pay Pal accounts. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as is humanly possible but once it is in the hands of the shipper we no longer have any control over the speed or accuracy of the delivery. Treetop Herbals is not responsible for packages delivered late do to errors made by the shipper, weather or circumstances out of our control. Treetop Herbals does not refund shipping fees but rather passes the refund on, to the customer, if the shipping company okays the refund.

By ordering any products from Seller you are agreeing unconditionally to all of the following Terms and Conditions. These terms may be changed at any time by Seller without notice.

"Seller" means Treetop Herbals LLC, the website treetopherbals.com and all persons associated with it;

"Buyer" means the individual, firm, company or other legal entity purchasing the Goods from the Seller;

"Goods" means the goods, material or extract which are the subject of the Contract; and

1. Age. Goods may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. All orders may require an adult signature at time of delivery or other verification of age by Buyer.

2. Use. Goods purchased from the Seller are exclusively for scientific research, identification purposes, and as an incense base. The Goods are not intended for human consumption under any circumstances. Any human consumption of the goods or mention of consumption of said goods is deemed mis-use. ALL mis-use and violations of our terms and conditions will result in a complete banning of the customer from our web site and an inability of said customer to purchase from us in the future.

3. Regulation and Risk of Loss. Buyer is wholly responsible for obeying local laws and regulations with respect to the Goods purchased from the Seller. The offer of the Goods by the Seller is void where prohibited. Any complications with Goods in transit which are due to a failure to observe applicable laws and regulations are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer. Any risk of loss of the Goods expressly passes to the Buyer upon purchase.

Buyer and Seller expressly agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with the sale of any Goods or these Terms and Condition shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State or Federal Courts located in the State of Oregon. 9. Disclaimer of Liability.
